Elsam, once I decide upon a color for the background, I will make a backdrop to keep it all clean.
I felt that I should add some general thoughts about the Plants in the current grow. All the strains have been really easy to grow this time. With the exception of El Alquimista, which started slow and is just now at the 60 day mark and finally looking good. The yeild will not be high but I am interested in how it will vape.
The Afghan Kush Riders have been an interesting strain. Three plants with very different characteristics, 1 large stature plant that began looking aged and done way early. The buds are starting to fill in and get some size. The #2 plant which is also the larger pheno, just not as big as #1, has better bud structure than the largest plant. The short pheno plant is absolutely beautiful. You have to judge each plant on its own merits and the rock hard buds on this critter have merit. I love the way the whole plant continues to vibrate and move even after your done moving the pot. All 3 plants are kicking some smell,(the tent is downright stinky) and #2 is starting to get a sweet component to the scent, almost like pineapple. I'm itching to try these, and they should finish in the next 7 to 10 days.
Girl Scout cookies are also looking fantastic, buds are growing and thickening, and they have a hashy smell at the moment. I'm waiting for the patented Cookies smell. I haven't checked trichome color on these so, not sure how much longer. I'm guessing that as far as effect is concerned, I could probably harvest any time, but I will let them run for now.
ETD info can be seen at my other grow. I have altered the feed now that I want these to finish. I have dropped Bio Thrive Bloom and the liquid kelp completely. The plants are now getting 8ml Bio Bud(bud enhancer) and 8ml CaMg+ to a gallon of bubbled rainwater. From now to cut day. I must be having some really great luck, and these plants really are pretty easy to grow. I mix up nutrients and pour on the dirt once a day, the lights and fans are all on timers, and soon I get to harvest.
God I love this hobby/lifestyle/job/necessity.
