Live Stoner Chat T-break nightmares suck

ok...what is a T break.............and I've always had nightmares, that's why I started smoking in the 70's so I could sleep......and mine have to do with 3d geometric shapes and feelings of dread and doom....enough for sweats and waking up yelling
Aww man that sucks. Sorry to hear it. Usually when there’s geometric shapes involved I’m enjoying my other grows.

I vape mostly, and prior to sleep i consume an edible in order to sleep through my foot and leg neuropathy. A few weeks ago i ran out of my edibles.
I had a vivid dream--- Tiny Tim( if you remember from the 70's ukulele freak)
Was aggravating me in my dream to the point i started throwing punches...woke me up and the wifey...came very close to wacking her.
:crying:
I’ve about pushed my wife off the bed once because of a dream, but it wasn’t because of Tiny Tim. That’s hilarious. I completely understand why’d you’d throw punches at him though.

My dreams are super vivid when I’ve gone a week, if I have nightmares, I must not pay attention to the scary parts… or I accept them as just a dream. Last one that gave me any form of stress was me driving up then down a hill. Physics were not present in this dream as I should’ve fallen off the hill while driving down the hill. Same time as that I was switching from last job that was shitty to my current job… but… my mind works in mysterious ways! Lol

Very wise! And mystery is a beautiful and wonderful thing!

I do an annual drug test to get a card that I need when staying at different camps up in northern Canada for work. I quit about 1 1/2 to 2 months before the test and I can honestly say the dreams get super intense also I get pretty irritatible.

I’m so glad mine is over now.

Not sure I have really done a tolerance break. Certainly nothing measured in weeks. I am glad I don't have to quit for weeks, my sleep would be buggered but good, and not because of nightmares, just because of ongoing brain rattle that refuses to settle down. Pain in the butt until I tried weed to see if it would help, and it does,

In any case, lack of weed certainly brings on vivid dreams, but for the most part they are tolerable or fun for me. I can't recall any nightmares. OTOH, my hair color is not known for being a symptom of good memory, even aside from the weed.

What’s a brain rattle? Doesn’t sound good at all.

Too funny about the hair color joke!

Brain rattle (my term - can't think of a proper one) is where my brain just will not stop thinking alertly about stuff. "Stuff" could be any random topic, or something particularly bugging me at the time. My brain just will not settle down, disengage and allow sleep to come. One way weed seems to help me is to slow and divert my thinking into a more random and relaxed state more conducive to falling asleep. Another way to put it I suppose is that it is harder to obsess about shit when I am stoned.
