Suspected root rot 1st grow

Hello guys im first time grower in illegal state so i wont post any pohotos but plant looks ok just smells like 5 days old worn out socks (im sure its not good smell i have been smoking pot everyday for about 4 years just got my first grow up and running little while ago had some problems with nute burn but i think its becouse its only small container other big plants are doing fine.
Problem: So i think my plants started to root rot today once i opened the tent i could smell something changed the problem on my side is i left the run off tray with runnof water in there for about half a day becouse i thought it would help the plant to stay watered more but it only started to smell very bad rotten like

Medium/grow method: small container 70/30 coco/perlite mix big plants are doing fine

Feed: and supplements used:watering 3 times a day becouse it dries out so quick wanted to water little bit less so i didnt remove the run off for like 2 times i use gh flora trio with calmag and silica from advanced nutrients (other girls in 3gal container are doing amazing no nute burn or anything bad)

water source:tap i always check ph

Strain/age: auto critical orange punch shes about 44 days old in middle flower

light used: 250w qb for 2x2


Climate: 20-25c and 35-60rh

Additional info: is on top

Try and keep runoff tray empty otherwise roots will grow into it.

Without any pics,Can't help you there buddy. I'm also in a illegal state where u can't grow but I grow and post pics in my grow journal. Just don't be stupid and use your real name and make a username that u not using on another site.pretty sure they can't trace you just by you uploading pics. But like the guy said,without pics this is pointless because we can't see nothing and without pics can't help you. Wish you luck though

As long as there's no meta data yoully be fine to post pics. But as stayed it's hard to diagnose. But if it smells like shit there's a good chance it's a duck! Let It dry out stop wayering and see what happens.

Well the plant look okay little bit nutrient burned from what i see but i started treating it the only problem is the rotten smell i can feel it as i open the tent it overpowers all other plants in tent and only thing you can smell when you opne is 5 days old damp socks i kinda cant stop the roots to get into runoff becouse its very bad container do you think i will be able to harvest it?

Everything is okay with the plant its growing maturing it just smell like rotten damp socks (never had weed wich smelled like this i love smell of weed every type haze,skunk but this shit makes me want to throw up it seriously smells bad but visualy it looks okay putting up more weight every day
