Super Purp Preservation/Auto Project

LOOKING GOOD ..I like what im reading about your dads clone..I may have had some out in riverside LOL But yea there are some really good purps and reds with great grape flavor that you can cross with yours to get them full AUTO and help with cold. Many of the best breeders are here on site so you can ask them directly if their strain fits your needs. Do you have any bud porn shots of your dads purp?

Unfortunately my dad is like me and not the greatest at taking pictures. Shit or I guess I'm like him haha. But here's some pictures he sent me:

Here's one from during the summer, when there was that really bad fire in Redding:

Here's one he's got going now that he popped the seed in Mid-August and got it in the greenhouse. He really likes the small phenos and actually used this one for his own breeding. He sent this pic to me a few days ago, and said I'm a bad influence, and re-awoke his 30 year addiction to seed breeding haha.

Nice NICE leaf structure looks nice bud looks like its gona be hard and colorful. Tell him hes the bad influence he did it first lol

Shit I know right haha? I still have some Super Purp seeds he gave me, and I'm planning on making some photo and auto crosses with the 2 females I'm keeping for now. But I almost want to ask for some of those seeds since he just pollinated a few days ago, so I'm thinking being bred later in the season might make them a little more cold friendly?

He straight up used a dead male for breeding haha. Like he knew which one he wanted out of the males he killed and went and got it and used it. Didn't ever even think about trying that haha. I guess they'll go for a little while after being chopped.

Last night I checked, and the 2 Sour Daddy and 5 GDP all had broken soil. I accidentally knocked the pot over with the other Sour Daddy a few days ago while I was cloning, so we're running with just the 2 Sour Daddy. So we got 7 autos in total for this project.

We're at about day 9 on the autos. My garage has been getting pretty cold, I've been working on getting it insulated and need to finish that up, but I do think that has slowed their growth down a bit. Also getting a much bigger light for what's going to be my flower tent for photos which I think will help.

Also @DABaracuss my dad sent me a picture of a picture of the Super Purp. The quality is crap, but you get the idea haha

I hear you. Honestly that's what's kept me from getting really into autos. But I like the idea of just growing some dank automatically without too much thought. I have a photo male right now, that I picked over 10 other males that went through my stress testing. I wasn't even planning on using a male from my own stock, I was planning on using a Super Purp male. My dad even gave me little tips when looking through the line. But my males were more impressive in my environment. I started with like 35+ seeds, of 3 of my own crosses, and the Super Purp. I can tell my stuff is more adapted to my environment. I'm planning on breeding my photo male to a few of these auto girls, the Super Purp and some of my photo crosses. If I get a nice boy out of these autos, I will use it to pollinate like 7 cuts I have. If not, my photo male is ready to go. But the Super Purp Auto project will go in a different direction, or at least be held up.
