Strange buds ?

Hi guys so this plant is my tent is northern lights auto grown in coco. It’s on about 15/16 weeks! Iv lost count it could be more, I have part cropped one in the tent but this one seems to be growing new white hairs?? Some of the plant is what I would expect but as you can see from the pictures... I got no idea

That looks like a bit of "Foxtailing". It can be from heat or light stress. It looks like you may have too much nitrogen in your nutrient formula as the leaves are very dark green. It might just be the photos? If it is hot get the heat down if you can. Raise the lights or turn them down if you think that may be it.

That would make sense as the main ones are closest to the lights, unfortunately I can’t raise them up any more but I have turned them down yesterday after some research. Will that fix the problem? I hope it does
