New Grower Still trying to get all the pieces before I start....

Hi. So for the last few months I have been going back and forth about how I want to do my next grow. Im very new and this is where I am at:

My budget isnt much so I gotta keep the prices low. Also I dont want to build cobs my self.
I read all about HID lamps and am told they get very hot. Beings as I live in a very hot climate I decided to base my next grow using either LED or COB. The more I read about it, I am seeing that the COB individual lights are very handy to use and that they can do a complete grow with just a set of lights, if I get the right ones? Do COBs run cooler then leds? How much cooler?

My grow situation is like this: I will most likely have to grow in a tent 8 ft x 4 ft x 6.5 feet. I would like to do at least 3 autoflowers outa time. My strains will be hindu, afghani, packistan, and lavender. All autos.

I would like to grow em in 5 gallon smart pots in potting soil. Not sure what soil or nutes I will use still working on that.

So my question is, I read that the cob lights work better then lets say two 600 watt Viparspectra led light kits. Is this true? And if so, would three COB lights grow my x3 autos with ease? If so, which cobs do I need to get? I see on the website cobshop.net that there are a few on there for sale.

I was thinking about getting 3 of the Autocob 6500k lights and will those do the trick?

I'd go with 3500k and i would ask @BigSm0 about this. He runs a buisness developing COBs and is a active member. 3500k is a better overall spectrum for veg and flower. 3 cobs would grow your 3 plants no problem but your space is large and you would want to reflect light back to the 3 plants

What size tent do you suggest? How about 4x4x6.5 ft?
