Why do I still see white stigmas? My other GSCE plants are no longer producing white stigmas. See both pix. Thoughts? Second pic, different plant, same age, no white hairs

They will do that. Your other plants all possess different phenotypes that give them individualistic traits. It affects finishing time, terpenes, cannabinoids, growth structure, etc. so quite possibly that plant will take longer to finish. It doesn't look close to harvest and at times plants will reflower several times before harvest which causes more pistols to develop.
