Seeds arrived

The seeds have arrived, along with posters, king-size (good and thin) rizla, plant pot sticks etc, very nice package



Stuck a random seed in a glass of lukewarm, filtered tap-water :



Put the glass in my little insulated box :



So the seed could drop anywhere between 4 and 48 hours in my experience, usually within 24.

Once it's dropped i'll transfer it to damp paper towels and keep it in a warm, dark place until it the taproot sprouts.

Thinking about the grow ahead, i usually switch to flowering at around 35-40 days but this time i'm trying Seymour's tip of doing it around day 25.

I was also thinking of running the bucket on only two of the four airlines (around 600 LPH instead of 1200), the logic behind this is that the growth in hydro is so vigorous my light doesn't do justice to all the foliage, so less oxygen, less growth, more energy put into fewer bud sites.

I'll also be excessively trimming this grow, in another effort to divert more energy into higher buds.

But, if i can afford the new light then i'll put all four air lines on.

This AKR is improving nicely as she cures, such a great smoke for mental and physical stress/pain.

I'm gonna join you in a couple of weeks on the DP AWW Think it'll be touch and go for me to get in a harvest before xmas, but i've missed the AWW being in my jars. Lovely smoke!

I will be watching your gro bro. That is some nice stuff you got from DP I love the seed sticks did you order them separately or did they throw the poster and papres and seed sticks in? none the less DP rules when it comes to customer satisfaction

Ye, really pleased with what Tony sent me. I've done a few DP grows before and used to show off what you could get with DP genetics and a 250W CFL (190W draw), this is a pic of my DP starryder grow, got four ounces from four plants in 2L pots :

I hope i do well with this baby, she has just dropped after exactly 9 hours, i gave her a tap and she sunk so i'm about to put her in a root riot.
