I took these earlier this morning but forgot to upload them.
Getting anxious, I just wanna cut em and move on to the next grow lmao. Probably next week though. The peyote is definitely fox tailing. All 3 tops have calyxs forming ontop of other calyxs. So this one is gonna be coming down soon for sure.
Since Im here Im having thoughts about my next grow. For sure doing barneys farm lemon tree and tangerine dream, both photos. Gonna try another elastic net and fill the canopy corner to corner. Splitting it right down the middle of both but since Im only doing 2 plants Im contemplating pot sizes.
Option A that comes to mind is doing 2-10 gallon pots. I can put them side by side and they will be far enough apart that training them will be easy enough. At their sizes theyd basically take up a lot of the tent anyway. I was thinking the extra room would be nice for the roots as I will probably be running a longer veg due to topping and defoliation. Also the increase in the amount of water each watering might help keep humidity more regular.
Option B came to mind realizing most of the floor space would be covered. What about getting a 45 gallon low rider pot and treating it like a raised bed by putting all my risers under it...although this would require finding a catch pan that fits my tent perfectly as Rain Science low rider 45 gallon is 33" in diameter.
I like this idea just because though it will take a lot of water to keep the soil from getting hydrophobic it provides plenty of room for the roots and all that water will keep the humidity at a relatively nice level. Also the low rider 45 is just short enough to not really block my passive intakes at all so it wouldnt really obstruct anything. The one con I can see to this is during the summer humidity might be too hard to control without a dehumidifier. Where as smaller pots and watering with less volume more often helps keep that down.
Option C is just getting slightly bigger at 7 gals. Honestly I was thinking of pushing 3 plants and doing a freebie photo along with this, digitial genetics Black DOG. Though I could still fill my tent with 3 photos in 7 gals with topping and lst, if Im only giving them each an extra 2 gals of volume to grow into, id probably opt to keep each one smaller and veg for a shorter period while trying to do the same thing.
Im horrible with choices though. But Im leaning towards the 2-10 gallon option. Just seems easiest.
