man I was nervous waiting to measure the runoff, expected horrible things, however my run off is clean, clear and measured 5.9! I tested with two pH pens and with the little vial/droplet type test kits which lined up with 6.0 on the chart.

is this an accurate way of identifying actual medium ph?

the feed ofcourse was 5.8. this is what I want my coco to be at.

Those are great readings. Now we know your pH is good, so it's a P deficiency. Go ahead and start feeding them some of the PK13.14 next feeding.

hopefully when I hit her with the PK she swells up good, should i feed her with it just the one time as recommended on the bottle, or give her it a couple times?
