Indoor Squid's Second Grow-Duurty Dragon, Diesel Ryder & MI5

im sorry to waste a post on this...but HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...that was funny ass shit!

Baha! :crying: You are trippin', dude. I'll pass on the Snookie. We can get better than that. Marge, Ruth, Lucy, Tina...?

@JM> So does that still apply if it isn't genetics? It wasn't a runt just poorly grown at the start, my fault.

yup... remember environment influences genetic expressions.... so you can influence by bad treatment.... it can be good or bad depending on how you look at it... but starting out... pic the best and cross it with the best.... most likely to select better genetics this way.... notice how important this term is, "Selection"

in fact:

Done deal. Thanks for that. Makes perfect sense. Hence why you can make a strain that is acclimated to a certain environment by growing it out in said environment and selecting for crosses. :D

hahaha..shows what i know..squid always listen to jm over me..trust me. Thanks for the info jm, learned something new!..(even though i dont breed, i may someday).

exactly! also... you don't actually know what that plants potential was... you never can until you grow it out... that may have been a genetic anomaly... but you really dont know... and since you dont... you cant simply assume it was all attributed to you... see what i mean? so in this case its better to eliminate it....

no worries mate... hahaha... i get schooled all the time on here by more experienced breeders... its part of what i love about it all... unending learning... everytime i start to think i have a clue... a new page is turned and... its fine -ass print! lol

:dance2:

No worries, Growbee, it's just the more I thought about the more I realized I was wrong. I may just let him do his thing for the hell of it, but he won't be used for my breeding. I am going to be fairly selective from the very beginning in my breeding, that's the way IMO. I am going to be smoking the tops of the males for selections as well in taste and potency, as suggested by cres. Later dude

Thanks JM! Yes, I follow you for sure. Always appreciate your help, dude.

wow, thats pretty intricate stuff..lol, im glad im not breeding, ive got enuf worries just growin right now..haha
