I got five gals out of eight plants. As with the last example I grew, both White Moscows were premature little males, and out of two one of my Different Ryders was a male. I have three Blue Onyx, a Different Ryder, and an Onyx, all gals, all rockin' nicely.
Interestingly, my accidental cross of a bogus Stitch Blueberry auto (the mother is still bloody going, some auto!) and Onxy have yielded hybrids that show sex early and one is already in pre-flower. Can't wait to see the outcome.
Actually, those things are only 1.5 litre. Everything in my outfit is miniature. Looks deceptively large in those pics but the tent is only 31x31x17 inches. Hope to pack it full of early bud this time...
And we're in flower folks. A Blue Onyx of the three is crimped and flowering early, its two sisters are just getting on with it now. The Onyx (top right corner in first pic) is also showing signs and a lovely symmetrical structure; promises to be interesting.
At top left of the second pic is the Different Ryder, and it's the tallest example I've yet had. Curiously, on the large fans it showed a phosphorous deficiency early and I've slowed it with a tweak but won't figure to eliminate it entirely. Others I've grown have shown the same tendency to a milder extent and late in the cycle. The third pic is the early Blue Onyx, yummy.
Hey man,
Sure, I can handle packed, hate wasting space. The temps are usually pretty good. Hotter in summer months but so long as they stay six inches from the light I get no problems. Think the good part is about to start any day now.....
