I'm down! What's crazy is that Alabama has some of the strictest MJ grow laws of all too.
NM, I must have read wrong at some time. Looks like ya gotta have 2 lbs before they really stick it to ya, but boy do they when ya do. KEEP IT UNDER 2.
and try to keep finished product under 5 oz. or they will slap you with tax evasion too.

Have ya'll read Alaska's laws on NORML? They are ahead of the game on general Cannabis use. I thought Cali was.
Possession of one ounce or less of marijuana in the privacy of the home is legal. The status of possessing an amount between one ounce and four ounces is unclear, pending clarification by the courts. Possession of 4 ounces or more of marijuana is a felony punishable by up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $50,000.

Possession of less than 25 plants is protected under the Alaska Constitution's right to privacy (See Ravin v. Alaska). Possession of 25 or more marijuana plants is "Misconduct involving a controlled substance in the fourth degree" and is punishable by a fine of up to $50,000 or five years in prison.

Cali is the leader in patient care and small use of Cannabis within the connected US states I believe.

i know one thing.. i feel that my "parish state" will be the last to medicinalize/legalize... real shitty... if texas acts first, im just a hop skip and a jump away... guess i.ll have to find a home in the long star state then... :)

MMJ laws will change fast once they realize the money and tax potential. All southern states are basically broke . Florida has money but could allways use more. The clock is ticking and this will be the first fed law lifted scince 1979 that was done by the people and not lobbiest!

This is controversial because all kinds of conflicts can be taken into account. Even talking about kindergartens and schools and politics and everything else, the world can't just exist in kindness. There will always be conflicts, but to lump personal resentment in with racism is inhumane. I was reading the news about https://www.thestar.com/edmonton/20...s-about-white-nationalism-surface-online.html and realized one thing. How people want to treat others, maliciously or kindly, determines their beginning in this life. And if everyone thinks "what the heck, hey," then no one will give a damn about the opinions of others. You just have to look at things with a little bit of authority.
