I was referring to using btc to acquire male genetics from mephisto. I do not see that mentioned in this thread by anyone except you. Nor do I see that promo on their website. Please elaborate.

When I bred with photos I would dust my buds at week 3 or 4 then let them,flower,for like 9 weeks. I always ended up with fat brown seeds. I never used frozen pollen so I can't speak on it. I would however pollinate a few weeks after they flower right before the buds start to look like they're turning into buds but after they look just like little blossoms.... If that makes any sense. Anyway man pollen chucking is the shit especially if you do it for fun and for your pallet. Good luck bro I hope this can translate into auto breeding as I plan to dabble with it in the future.

So you pollen dust at week three or four of veg, then pollinate again after their little blossoms but before they are buds? So essentially your pollinating twice right?

What up everyone!! I'm officially a pollen chucking s.o.b. as of today! Lol.. I have 4 plants growing in one gal pots. They are strickly for making seeds. The first one got dusted last night. The first one up was my Almach from the Auto flower portal. I dusted her with male pollen from Mephisto...Ripleys Og × Tyrone Stomper. The 2nd cross will be a Sweet seeds Dark Devil with pollen from a Ripleys Og × Chemdogging male. I have a few more crosses planned but we will start with this Almach cross for now! This is my first time pollinating plants, make a cross and making seeds. I'm super excited! I dusted the Almach at about 24 days old or so. She has a good amount of pistils already showing. Wish me luuucckkk! Any and all advise is welcomed!!

No I pollinated once about 2-3 weeks after flower when the buds all look like little white puff balls

Thanks homies, for bringing this thread back to liiiffee! Lmao! Im still at it! Still learning! Still failing! Lol. This self pollinating is trrriiccckkkyy stuff. Quick update. The Dark Devil died an ugly death a few weeks ago. That was more my fault than anything else. I picked a sick mom. She absolutely stopped growing one week after dusting that branch. Then the whole plant yellowed off so I culled her. But a stoner never quits sooooooo.. I tried again.. First on the Fastbuds WCOG I had.. She definitely took the pollen and is making seeds now, but I waited too long before I dusted the branch. The buds will be done before the seeds.. I will have to harvest in stages to get good seed.

This is my current thinking... Seeds seem to take 4-6 weeks to fully ripen.. Depending on strain of mother plant, viability of pollen, environment ect. Most of breeders autos that I run are done in 7-8 weeks, 9 weeks tops.. (Mephisto, Sweet Seeds, Fastbuds, ect).. So with a 9-10 week seed to harvest plant, the latest day to dust would be around day 35-40.
With a 7-8 week plant, the latest would be day 21-26 ish.

So after 3 botched/semi-botched attempts.. I did what you would do... Dropped more seeds! Lmao! This time.. A Sweet Seeds Red Poison.. And after trying to get the timing right and always being too late.. I dusted a branch at the FIRST SIGN of pistils around day 28 (two days ago or so) This way I'll have the full 6 weeks to work with. This time I'm growing the plant for seeds, not buds, so I will let her run until seeds fall.

Sorry for novel. A lot has changed and will continue to I'm sure. I love this hands on learning and getting this real world experience under my belt. I just want to get it right, so I can get better, and one day really start pheno hunting autos!

I got them from Mephisto. They did a random auction back in like March on their Instagram page. They autctioned off about 10-12 different crosses of reg seeds. 10 or more seeds to a pack. I won a pack and a friend won a pack. They haven't sold auto regs to the public yet. And they haven't done another auction yet either. I didnt get any of their new strains/releases because I'm saving up for the next random auction if/when it happens. Lol.. Those packs were far from cheap. Especially on IG with that huge span of market access.
