They are fuzzy pipe cleaners. Like chenille fuzz. Strong enough to tie down even pretty thick branches, but the fuzz gives it some protection to the plant so it's not just bare wire digging into the plant flesh (although it can most certainly do that given enough time/pressure, but haven't had real issues with them in about 3+ years using them now.) Bought a box of them for like $10 and I'm pretty sure they will last longer than "I" will
Great to see you kept the IP twins around can I ask did you separate them and are these the 2 in the pictures ying and yang?. Noce to see you implementing some LST this should allow for a lot deeper light penetration to the lower branches thus giving a better end yield . Nice work so far and thank you for the continued picture updates they are very much appreciated and im sure many new growers of these 2 new strains will find the information valuable
All the best and keep up the great work, the real test will be the end product which I hope the medical community like im sure they will
Pictures are from 36 days in pots (43 days from actual starting of seed germination.)

I have used twist ties for YEARS with LST and never quit had a wire dig in like this lol. It's buried. Plant grew around it. I since cut the tension (in fear it would some day slice right through ) But that sucker is in there. It's ONE with the plant now. Guess I had it a little tooooo tight! Hasn't slowed her down though!
