Ah! I should have confirmed sooner, which type of intersexing they showed... full on male flowers at stem nodes is one thing, but late nanners (often not fully formed male flowers) is another... That late late showing is not so uncommon at all, Mother Nature's last ditch effort to get knocked up!

So, late nanners being the case before, I'd wager these will all be clean barring the same very late ripening... Another thing, the pollen from nanners can often be weak in viability, might explain why you didn't end up with a jar-full of them...
