nope i didnt put a pot on my cobs and no problems in 1.5 grows with out having one

They work good, I'd recommend getting them if your in soil. Do you grow under cobs?

Finishing up fast. I could take the Ripley's down now but I'm going to wait till this weekend for some more amber. May just give them all the ax, the skunks are about ready too.

Yeah, I've got a couple 1818 arrays. I've been growing in coco, but have been wanting to try a super soil grow for a while. I looked at them at the hydro shop yetterday, they were way overpriced. I was thinking about cutting panels out of a plastic pot, and fixing a fine screen in the space

Look up ultra oxy pots, they are the cheapest I could find and they work great. The cost is outweighed by the bigger harvest grow after grow imho.

Cool, I'll check those out. Everything more than pays for itself in this hobby, i typically don't worry about spending money, grow gear is a solid investment. I absolutely won't pay for some of the stuff the hydro shop marks up obnoxiously though...they wanted $40 for a 5 gallon

Yeah, i can't figure out how they come up with their prices. Some things are reasonable, but most items are 2x what id pay online, and then some of their stuff is just completely ridiculous. I think they can get away with it because alot of people don't want to be tracked online, and will pay exorbitant amounts of money cuz it's their only other option
