Indoor Snerval runs mostly Indicas on BioTabs Line - Second grow

So today I removed the RSB girl from her pot, oh !... you were right @Bob's Auto's, she barely developed any roots past the plug...
So I put the OGK in her place, this one on the contrary is small but with plenty of roots.
To bad for the RSB... next time maybe ?

Glad you figured out the problem buddy.
:goodluck: with the new cultivar :bump:

AFN bonjour !

Today I would like to ask about topping...

I think the Blueberry Auto is almost ready, if I recall well @Mañ'O'Green tops his plants after the 4th node - as I'm new to this, Can you look at the plant and tell me if it's ok, or should I wait a bit more ?
Would love to hear @Bob's Auto's about it too :)

Later today I'll post some pics of the other girls... so far I'm very happy growing them with BIOTABS, it's so easy I'm bored lol !
Soon I'll give the older ones a little boost of worm casting and some EMs too.

Happy growing !

Depends on if you want to keep those 2 little bottom branches.....the 2 above then have already exceeded them so chances are they won't be getting much light. Think the 4th node thing is more of a "doing less may stress the plant too much" kind of thing....

Maybe someone could direct me toward an important post or article about topping here on AFN, or somewhere else ?
Or I just cut the plant and that's it ?

Well never mind lol

Today was watering for all the plants. I think the growth is going well !
Thank you Karel and Biotabs for giving us the opportunity to grow organic without difficulty (until now...)
Leaves color is dark green and they look healthy to me.

However, the OGK which although younger, she is 14 days old, has a defect in the trunk - @Bob's Auto's had pointed out that a root problem could be the cause of this phenomenon (it was about the late Red Strawberry Banana)... I wonder if it will grow as much as the others ?
This plant was frail from the start, I had to tutor her.
Quite disappointed with this strain, the first seed never germinated, the shell had barely opened after 7 days of germination.

Miss Blueberry was topped today, above the 5th node because I missed the 4th node lol
I hope the plant will start growing again and the leaves will straighten out, because right after topping her she drooped like when the lights are about to come on.
Also, I noticed that white pistils are already present!
Isn't it a bit early? The plant is 20 days old.
I also did a leaf tucking of the two large solar panels, to give light to the smaller sites just below.

Gorilla Cookie and Wedding Glue are doing well, tomorrow I will top the latter, this time above the 4th node !

In my region the environmental conditions have been quite extreme over the last few days, with temps reaching 40°C... I had to juggle with the RH to keep a correct VPD in the garden !

Happy growing !

Hey Buddy,

Sorry for the late reply, but I started work on Monday and couldn't do all-nighters on the forum.

The plants are looking great, even that little one with the bad trunk!!
If you top at the fifth node then you can remove the shoots from the first and second node.
That's how I have done it in the greenhouse with all the plants. Have a look at the Barney's Farm plants...They are giants and will put all their energy into the remaining shoots. Time will tell if I made the right choice, but looking at other peoples grow and looking back at my own grows. The lower shoots don't produce smoke worthy buds and they will end up for making concentrates or butter. So better to remove them early on even if they look great in the beginning.

Topping is easy. Take a pair of scissors, disinfect it with some iso and just snip above the node.

Regards,

Bob :toke:

About the pistils showing on the BB - Is that a sign that she will begin to stretch ?

I'm looking on summary of the correspondances week n° (or day n°)/stage of grow, and how long should I expect each stage of grow to last.

I tucked the top two large solar panels below the smaller growing sites. Is that ok, or is it better to wait a bit longer ?
Logic tells me that it is better if the small growing sites receive the light in priority... right?
