Just looks dry, but yes if your watering just after photos then it could give that perception, and if your watering till pretty much run off then ignore the comment above.
One thing to mention though, not that i'm saying its happening in your case, but if a soil/mix is too dry it can actually shed water instead of taking it up, as because its dry it could just let the water pass right through and I've had that happen with plenty of mixes if too dry, a way to see if that is the case is to put a small tray under the plant and catch any runoff, but leave the pot and the runoff in the tray, then check again in an hr or less to see if that level has reduced and been sucked back into the soil/mix, if it hasn't your saturated, and just dump out the tray, if that level is now gone or lower and been sucked back into the mix you now know.
Just seems abit slow for growth with that much light and soil volume.
