Photoperiod Sleazy goes on another Cannaventure!

Well guys I broke down and ordered my veg tent. It's 32 x32 x64. So it's a decent size veg area. I also decided to order that mars ts 1000 qb. Something was just callling me to grab this light. I've watched a few you tube videos of people measuring the par. It's 150 watts at the wall and puts off 22000 lumens. We will see how she does. Anyone have any advice of how to prevent light leaks into the flower tent because I got to run this new tent in the same room?

Yayy!! It's all downhill from here, the bank account empties, the room fills, then you got a mini greenhouse in your living room, then outside you go...

I have had a few light leaks in my tents and no issues. Sometimes I forgot to close the zipper and an hour later I come into the room and and the photos are basking in a huge light leak My old tent had a zipper blown out and light around all the other zippers. As far as I know, none of my hermie issues were from any of that, and I have grown out a lot of plants in that tent and others.

Btw are you or @Animatey in EU? I'm pretty sure you ain't Canucks :smoking: but I am asking again as the SSSC grow no US shipping now and these are very good photo genetic, but now we are having trouble filling the grow as it was mostly US growers signed up.

Btw if you are still worried, just make sure things like vents in and out you run the ducting so light can't get in and bounce around and into the tent. I find my tents as is are pretty light proof when new. Situate things so no bright light hits where the zippers, vents etc. are if you can.

This is what I do as well. I use black ducting and zip tie a fabric pot over the end so that it filters out dust and bugs and light.

Thanks for the pointers guys. I think my new supplies will be here Friday. I'm not gonna lie I'm pretty darn excited. Gonna drop more CV gear as soon as I get it situated

Girls still stretching after 3 weeks. They were topped and trained on a daily basis. I've been running a 400 watt hps and 200 true watt cob board 15 inches away. I hope they stop NOW. I'm outta light room because it's so hot I gotta give them a few extra

Lookin real good man! With all that light and 3 weeks in, you'd think they chill on the vertical growth... Especially being topped....

They look great though man. Looks like you're on your way to primo harvest!

Thanks alot dude. I sure hope so lol. The cannaventure stretch is real man. Last time I get CV they stretched for a month straight !

I just started supercroping, it still terrifies me but so far it has worked, and I only did it after several very good growers said they loved it, and it also increased yield. But man, it has been the hardest HST I have tried yet!!

The fabric pot filter wasn't my idea, I read it somewhere a while ago and the idea stuck with me.
