Day 26
I have not been to the garden to check on them, hope they are OK. Gave them a good soak before I left. One thing I have not mentioned is the RH, it's ridiculously low. I tried a humidifier but too much air circulation and it did very little to alleviate it. I have been soaking daily with a fine mist hope that helps.
Can't wait to see how they are doing!!

Day 27
Home again!! They look truly monsterish! Very vigorous plants, main stem the size of my thumb! I will try for some pictures tonight. Getting closer to the five week point where I will look at flipping the lights to 12/12. I need to figure out the temp issues if I do. The main benefit for me with the light on 24/0 is the temp stability. I was worried how it would work out but see I need not have worried, they did fine!
This morning I will water them well and spray them down too!

Very cool willie, hoping she shoots some late pistils for ya, but no loss if she don't! you'll get some flowers
one way or another

Day 27 Continued.
Took the time to take some pictures. They are about 14-15 inches tall as you can see. The pots are 11 in. off the floor. Green and gorgeous!

And then on the two in the front row, they are a bit shorter and bushier by a bit, and they are showing preflowers! All look like girls so far.

I think I may see real signs of flowering in the next day or two. If they continue to auto I will keep the 24/0 light schedule.

Day 28
Soaked them well and sprayed them this morning. Going away overnight and want to be sure they will be OK. Definite signs of flowers on all of them so it looks like the 5 week prediction is pretty darn close to on the money.
Took a look at growbeast's man those thing's shot up! Hope mine don't get quite that lanky. GB said something I must reluctantly agree with. These plants are easy to grow! I have been hoping that my growing skills / strategies are working, and they prolly are, but these girls almost grow them selves!

Interesting! One of my plants has flowered, but not the other. Looks like 2 different phenos with mine also.

Day 31
Man time flies when you're having fun! It's been 31 days since these girls saw the light!
I tell ya what though this traveling and not being home to take care of my garden is not easy. Didn't realize just how much I count on and enjoy my time in the grow room. Anyways...
Fed on Thursday night. Each received a liter of solution. To a gal of AFTW I added Si, Cal N Mag, Fusion Bloom, Supercharger and Kelp.( fill in amounts later, they are recorded on my white board) I am using about 3/4 strength now, they seem ok with that so I'll try full strength next feed.
Friday morning (yesterday) I looked in on them and there were they pre-flowers and the tops had that pin leaf look that they get when flowering starts a few pistils were evident so I am hoping for some nice flowers when I get home tonight. Regardless, I plan to keep the veg feed schedule until they stop stretching, a great big flush and the flower schedule. Need to get that pH soil meter this is where my grows start growing south so I think soil pH and lockout are what's going on...
Took some pics but they are in the camera and I don't have a cable with me.

Rising PH in soil is a natural occurrance and more so for plants in flower, so I've read recently. The larger the pot, the less this is a problem, dunno why, and with organics, its even less of a problem, though it still can occur. I'm considering a once a week watering with water PH'd to 6.0. I'll test this on one plant I have that the ph is climbling above 7 and see if thats enough to control the problem. I really dislike " flushing" a plant, every time you do that you risk drowning your plant IMO.

Thanks pop!
When I say flush, I usually mean a heavy watering instead of a feed. I agree, running a bunch of water through is only a last resort kind of thing!
