@Pigskinfantasy where did you get your seeds from?
OMG @Pigskinfantasy us older more experienced growers never get too baked and do something like that. We don't need to get baked to do it were just old .I am embarrassed to post this guys! But I think it may save someone from doing what I just did.
You guys have heard me worrying about the falling temps in the cabinet over the past week. I even went and bought a small heater to address the issue. Well, after I set up the new heater with the temp controller, it showed 80 degrees temp, and would not kick on the heater sinc eit was higher than my set target of 75. This was puzzling because my thermometer I have in the cabinet is showing a temp below my minimum target temp, which should have switched on the heater.
Then it hit me. I had the darn thermometer set to outside temp, or within the garage! After switching it back, the cabinet temp correctly reflected 80 degrees! I don't have a cold problem, I have a grower problem.
Don't make this mistake people! Lol! Thankfully, no harm, no foul, and the girls are doing well despite my rookie mistake.
This is SO something I would do! Glad you found it sooner than later.
Lol! Thanks @Mañ'O'Green ! I am glad I am not the only one! I will be double checking temps from now on,OMG @Pigskinfantasy us older more experienced growers never get too baked and do something like that. We don't need to get baked to do it were just old .
I wish I had a dab for every mistake like that I have made.............. Oh wait I do .
Don't be too hard on yourself. We all do things like that. Were not all so honest about it. It does show how much we depend on our instruments to tell us what is going on. I have three separate Temp/humidity monitors in my grow space and I look at all three many times a day. It is no accident I have three; this is a learned response to control problems of the past.
