Once seeds have sprouted do you put them straight into the medium? Where they live for the duration of there cycle?

Hi thanks for stopping by.
Auto dont like transplanting however their are some amazing growers here who do it an its fine. I however dont take the change. Once germination is complete i plant directly in the pot she will grow in. In reality the choice is yours but as a first time grower i would start simple. Dont make it harder than it has to be.

They are so healthy and look really bushy already. Big comparison from my first grow. I also noticed the stalk is alot bigger than my first round.
Boy these ladies are going to be huge I have a feeling.. June1st I will start using my go box. Ive decided to do half of the reccommended dose for week three iam going to repeat week three so on the repeat week I will then full strength depending on how the gals take to it.
So excited, time is flying this grow.

Here's an update for ya'll,
When I think I' am out of the woods the devil messes with me. Today is the day to start really feeding these ladies. We are so happy of the beginning outcome of them compared to our first grow. I went out and got some water today and didn't think to check if it was distilled just grabbed 10 gallons they were on sale an I was like yeah..
. SCORE..right! All I did was score a lecture from the hubby lol. Needless to say I PH the water before adding the GO BOX nutes. We got 7.5
. Yep there goes another lecture. I still was relieved because we have PH up & down. We mixed all the nutes which I did half of the recommended into one gallon of water ie; Wk 3 Bio Thrive Grow 5ml, CaMg+ 2.5ml, Bio Root 5ml, Bio Weed 2.5ml, Bio Marine 5ml and we Ph'D our water again and low an behold we got 6.5 
SWEET! Yeah right, hubby dropped the PH meter into the gallon an now we have no PH meter 
. I have the meter in a bag of rice right now in hopes by tomorrow all the moisture is out and it works 
. Rice works for cell phones why not try couldn't hurt it any more. Crossing my fingers. I really wanted to test my run off. Do you think I will be good if my Water/nutes is 6.5 and we're using Roots Organic Soil? I' am thinking to go out tomorrow and get some distilled water since its perfect PH when I need to do reg watering and use the one I bought today for the nutes since it PH to 6.5 with nutes. I' am so frustrated over something so small. But this could give me horrible ladies with Ph fluctuation. It will be a few weeks before I can get another meter so now I' am worried. On the flip side I tested my PPM and I haven't fully understood PPM but it came with my PH meter for free so I scored there. PPM is 550 don't know if that's good or not for week 3 and I haven't fed the ladies yet either. I wanted to write this and see the response I could get. Also The water was about 20-21 Celsius so I' am letting her warm a little bit. I know cool water has more oxygen but I think this might be to cool. What do you think? Idk about the ppm. May be a little high for some. But i do know about dropping ph pens. Done it twice! Dry the batteries good. Mine started working again after a few days.
I'm praying it does the trick. I' am going to search about PPM. I know someone gave me some info about this but I can't remember who or where it is lol
