Just wanted to add my review in here. I had some random bag seed that are about a month old and never had any kind of nutrients. Gave them a shot of the 16-16-16 and I couldn't believe how fast they grew! Definitely a good nutrient and very easy lol

well ..the missus loves the 4-26-26 for the houseplants...I have the 16-16-16 with a warning on the label and the 4-26-26 with no warning on the label..

I will use the 4-26-26 in my grows and just supplement N during veg. ....since I consume everything except the rootball....I must give the warning serious consideration....I'm a 2x cancer survivor.

yeah its good stuff but if all you got was the 4-26-26 your gonna have alot of early yellowing due to the low N and you'll need a cal/mag supplement. i use molasses(cal/mag) along with the 16-16-16allpurpose (veg)and the 4-26-26(flower)

I just came back to read this post as I'm day 18 into flowering on my photos and and about 24 days into flowering with my auto.

Throughout this grow so far I only used the All Purpose during veg and now I've started with the flowering nutrients and everything is looking amazing so far. I believe the reason I never needed a N supplement was because the water we have is actually high in N from the runoff of the corn fields that used to grow there (Reason for the pH being 8+).

I'm not sure what I'm asking exactly except that I would still need Cal/Mag during the flower cycle also?

I'm wondering how hot is pro mix and if it will feed seedlings for about two weeks and then just start the 4-26-26 with some black strap molasses the rest of the way ???

just got done reading through the whole thing and the stuff seems really SIMPLE/EECTIVE/CHEAP!

its basically the same price as the TRIO (current nutes) but way easier to use.

this is something to try for sure! :gthumb:

from what ive gathered (please correct me if im wrong):

sea grow all purpose 16-16-16 = veg
sea grow bloom 4-26-26 = flower
+ molasses and/or cal+mag supplement (for the early yellowing N)

feeding schedule would go something like: 1tsp/gallon every other feeding? or is it 1tbsp/gallon?

ex: phed water >> ph water with sea grow (grow or bloom depending on stage) >> phed water.
(but make sure to have some molasses/cal mag for early stage)

sounds good?!
