Just a lil pot still made out of a pressure cooker and 10' of copper tubing. It does a great job, tho. When making alcohol for tinctures, I use turbo yeast and cane sugar and get the beer to 20%. Then first run is 40-50%, second up to 80, and third gets it as close to pure as its gonna get in a pot still. I've got some great, simple plans for a copper pot still w/ thump, but dont know where to get sheet copper. Any of you guys know??? Where do you get ANY sheet metal? Not something Lowes has... at least in ME. Maybe down south- Im sure theres a bigger demand down there!

ahh thats kool I always wanted to make one but never tried I have a old school alembic out of copper and in another location one made out of steel but only using for essential oils never tried for alcohol thats why I should try your setup just 4 dat...nice
would like to see those plans..copper tubing yo can get at a hardware store for fridge or anything like that as far as sheets..i dont know for copper but steel sheets at a hardware store too I use those for make reflectors for the big cfls
