Indoor Ryker604's Indoor Extravaganza feat. AutoPots, BioTabs, HID lights and 17 plants

DAY 52

Time for another quick update, the last one was too much work :baked:. The girls are mostly doing fine if you don't count the bleaching and showing CalMg problems, which we discussed the last 2 pages, on some of them. Still doing Bio PK every 5 days and they seem to drink it right up after that one day dry cycle- No nute burn or such, so I guess they're liking the dose. The stretch is quietly fading away and some serious budding is starting which tells me that we're now in the waiting game :pop:. Anyhow, here are the girls:

Tent 1:

Tent 2:

Tent 3:

Really liking this topped CM, so lush and dark green, very healthy:

Tent 4:

It seems that I took some shots of the possible CalMg defs on this day, some spotted leaves. And I took shots of some buds that were hit on day 55 - both are from the same CM I think. @hippy71 @RamboGarden could you have a look maybe? Just click on the pics and then you can zoom in. To me it looks like spots from CalMg def but maybe I'm just poisoning them with P or something :crying:. If anybody else has some input, feel free, really want to get to the bottom of this.

Here they are:

Thank you and enjoy :bighug:.

Dude, literally just going to restock on "cheese" - back to soak up update in 30 mins :pass:

PHWOAR what a cracking bit of UK Cheese I just procured! Flippin eck. You know the really seriously SAVOURY pheno? No sweetness at all really, just strong cheesy musty loveliness ! :bighug::pass:

Dude! HOLY CRAP!! lol

Looking amazing mate, and some serious growth happened since the last update!

Personally Tent 1 is for me! But No.2 is close behind. Tent 4 looking mighty full already! Haha awesome mate.

Double Grape looks like it's going to be an amazing smoke mate. Looks right up my street. Seriously frosty!

I am gonna have to go back and remind myself whats in which of the other tents as my little cheesy brain can't keep up :crying:

Man you are killing it dude, and you've got a full time job on your hands with that lot!!

Calmag / spots. Hmmm. What day did they start? 52?

Too much K (Potassium), especially at the wrong stage in growth / flowering, can definitely lead to the plant not being able to properly uptake and process calcium dude. Have had first hand experience and read a bit about it because of my own issues. Not enough calcium causes stress and I think the plant struggles to build certain types of cells, and then more issues follow on. Often accompanied by people adding more calcium which apparently makes the issue worse and I beleive can lock out other things.

Maybe you're over doing the Bio PK at this stage (that stage!)? Also, I saw a couple of tips that are dry/burned but got that curly up thing right on the end? I THINK thats a sign of P/K overdose? Maybe! :crying: :eyebrows: :pass:

Great, another update
Let me just say i have not smoked for some days, and not smoking gets me out of the "green-finger"-mode. Hippy, you have probably smoked for all of us :smokeout: Good reply!

Ryker, now when you are having 4 tents and more girls growing there, have you in some way increased the intake/co2 to the room? I have seen some strange behaviour when the co2 not beeing in range. Stunted growth, yellowing leafs and spots. Your girls look great and the tents are full but it could play a roll here.

Haha I certainly have mate! :crying:

Hopefully our answers may help :pass:

hey bro i think backing you lights up will really help. and check the pH of the medium with a A8 soil probe if you got one. make sure its not lock out before you go dumping in calmag if neded:pass:

Thank you for the kind words, appreciate it :d5:. Yeah, I think that Double Grape is right up anyone's alley, a big smile comes across my face every time I open their tent, like this is just ridiculous :smoking:. Just to add, considering tent 4, those Cherry Bombs have potential to be HUGE beasts and you can see on of them that it is a Rambo-type plant, 300-400g in the right hands .

Spots started a bit earlier and I've been thinking about the option that I'm bombarding them too much with the Bio PK. However, not all plants are reacting like this (I know that they shouldn't, just saying that it isn't THAT much Bio PK) and only this Cream Mandarine has got burnt tips like that. Most of the plants have that very little, I'm-at-the-right-level-of-nutes :smoking:burnt tip. However, could be but I'm not convinced, still think it's mostly CalMg/nute def and lights too close :2cents:.

Yeah dude, that darn old dirty hippy smoked more than enough :cuss::crying:. You've got an interesting point Rambo but I made sure that there is enough air running around. Did that because one day I closed the grow space up a little bit to raise the humidity a bit and when I came back to the grow room half a day after almost couldn't breath. So yeah, a lot of air in there :pass:.

Thanks for replying Trip . Raised the lights a couple of days ago (around day 65 according to the journal) because I'm coming to the conclusion that the lights were probably too close for a 600W HPS. Unfortunately, don't have a soil probe but I'm thinking that everything is all right with the soil pH (at least the BioTabs should take care about that) and they are getting 6.0 pHed water :2cents:.

Thanks to all of you guys for giving their opinion for this issue, means a lot to me as it's been sitting on my head :thumbsup:.
