Indoor Running out of room

This is my first tent and first auto grow. The tent is 2x4x5 due to the limited space that was available. I was very naive and overzealous by thinking the tent would be large enough for 4 Nirvana O.G. Kush plants. They are on day 46 and are pushing the limits of the tent. I have changed the mounting for the LED to be able to raise to a maximum height, but I am afraid that once they start to stretch prior to bloom, that the light will be too close. Having such a tight space with four plants prevents any tying or bending.

I thought about taking a couple of plants out and letting them finish outside, but we have new neighbors that might not appreciate the wonderful stink.

The plants showed their sex about four or five days ago. How long are the plants from flower typically when they show sex?

Any suggestions please.
I think I am going to limit grows to two plants and try to have something perpetual going on.

You definitely over did it for your space. @Chester recommended super cropping to me in my F&V journal, probably be a good idea for you with only 5 feet of height to work with. If those girls are just now showing sex then they'll be stretching quite a bit. I just started 2 of those beans, never grew it but Id think they should show sex long before they did for you. Nirvana says its 7-9 week flowering time plant.

Thanks Pepe. I adjusted my light support so that I could raise it higher. They started flower yesterday. The light was about ten inches above the nearest plant an I still have about six inches to raise it. I am hoping not to burn any buds. I will check out your journal for your solution. If I had only two, (or even three) plants, I could have tied some down to keep the height down, but there is absolutely no room for that now.

Still growing! Still no flowers! Day 56. They are about two inches from the light. I did try bending them last week. Worked fine for then. I tried bending the tops again today and I broke one off. Pissed me off! I put them on 12 on 12 off four days ago. Hasn't made a difference so far. I think I will take the one that I broke the top off out of the tent and see if that makes enough room to tie the others down. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
