Outdoor Round 2: Waira's Mixed Bag of Tricks Combo Grow '19

I dunno @StickMan, maybe I need to start a few weeks sooner? I'm still grinding out how things perform so close to the ocean here,... previous spot had significant elevation and was further away by 2+ miles.... I've been joking about how my whole grow is frikkin' "OG"- :rofl:
There's still a chance for the AoF's to show and finish, I'm praying - :vibeguard::karmacloud: :goodluck:... I've been dying to run them, but they clearly don't like my OG world!
In regards to starting your OD girls, i personally would start them a month or so earlier, if that is possible.
For my growing environment, i always try to start my OD photos by second week of April at the latest.

Here is the info on the C99a, that i posted over at Mr Magoo's place.
I reversed two C99a's and fully pollinated four C99a girls, along with the GHZ99.
Terps on the C99a recipient plants had all the terpine profiles to be found in C99.
Pineapple, grapefruit, and the good ole rotting flesh/baby poo terps.

Oh heck get those little thingies into production I don't want to have to make them myself:haha:
Will be keeping an eye on the Skunk. I definitely need to grow some.
It's all "recycled" material too- :rofl: ... they are made of the stiffer type styrofoam, like what's used in electronic packaging.... cut strips of whatever width you like, them chop into squares, then halve into triangles...

Wish I could get a little of that lemon citrus to come through the computer. Just lovely ! Trippy huh? I have a strain to recommend to my mushy loving pals.
You are right on about this stretch business @Waira . Get more that ya want or none at all! So true about MoB... zero stretch when she hits flower. Kinda hoped for a little to spread the leafiness around a bit.
Never thought I’d like a little Cindy, as I’m more of a heavy Indica girl but just soaked another S99 v6. Watching your C99a and thinking about running the Erdbeere99 sitting in the drawer.
I don't think this pheno's is the really lemony one, like what Sour Lemon parent has,... it resembles lemon most, but an astringent metallic version, not sweet. I had an odd Acapulco Gold that was nearly identical, which was like bad biker speed at first! :coffee: ...took several weeks for the buzz to calm down... her sister was more true-blue from what I was told about olde school AG, sweet floral banana bubblegum-ish and a very pleasant upbeat high... Finding the right Sativa-type buzz for Indi' lovers can be hit-and-miss... My man FullDuplex here was no fan at all until he tried some Sati-dom. hybrids I gave him- :smoking:... now he's loving the right ones for him, and even is growing a real gem of a Durban Poison, a landrace South African Sativa... Check her out, she's a classic rep' for her kin... huge lean fingered fans! She's in his greenhouse grow in his section...

:greencheck: roger that Stick, thanks mate! ....it makes sense, especially because of the weather there, everything is running on "3/4 time",... always going up on the learning curve! :rofl:
Ditto for the C99 info, I figured with Krk, he'd angle for true-terp's and potency.... I can't wait to see which aroma I get! :thanks:

@Waira , speedy biker weed is definitely not what I’m after. I am loving S99 v6... zero speediness and zero paranoia. I may try a few more 99 crosses and in the meantime, I’m soaking another v6. I made the mistake of gifting most of it before sampling . Yes , I know FD is an Indica guy and I ran his Anvil and Aff#5 cross because of his Indica slant and hard work. Happy to have found a Sativa that works.

:drool: I have been eye humping all S99's that I see! That's the next winner strain, I can tell,... It's been a while since I got seeds from him, and he's not offered,.. I think he's a bit ticked at me because I haven't run any Quacks yet- :shrug:- I'd like to, but they are either semi-auto, or early versions with very long cycles which do not work for me, which he knows! (or should, from all the PM's we've had over these several years)... I mentioned I had to run sponsored stuff as something of a priority regardless, and since he's pretty much cold shouldered me....:shrug:

Stones S99 v6 is really special . It is Sour Lemon x Blackstone x C99. It is a positive, euphoric, peaceful daytime without the zippy feel. It checks all the boxes except sleep inducing .
The testers have mostly finished and I expect the various versions or at least v’s 4-6 to get released.
Why not reach out to Stone and let him know you are interested ? These gals can be taken inside 60 days for a Sativa. Mine had a cold start and lagged early on, getting it done in 67. Had a purple pheno and smelled of grapefruit and fuel.
South Syder has taken a step back from the quack projects and growing for awhile. I don’t think he’s sped them up as much as he’d like. Everyone’s growing situation is unique and semi’s and long cycle plants don’t work for all.

:pass: hey BC!.... I'll get with him at some point, no real rush now... tent comes down mid-Fall, as it's outside in a courtyard under the eaves and weather is not good enough anymore... meantime more reports will come in, and maybe other Sativa crosses will pop up too! I know he's been tinkering with several things, some landraces or near-so in particular- :eyebrows:
Huh, my mistake, I thought he was working with South' on the Ducks...

Waira :d5::smoking: nice looking buds mate:smokeout::yay:

I am thinking of using this to treat defiencies this time around
https://www.searlesgardening.com.au...onutrients/TE500--searles-trace-elements-500g
:thumbsup: - looks pretty good to me mate, my only reservation is that it has no Mn (Manganese),... this play some big roles, and while a rare defc., it does happen and it's a bitch to fix! Perhaps @hecno has found something comparable that has it.... But that said, you base food should cover Mn; I think often as not when folks reduce the concentration of the nutes to mellow out the NPK inputs, all the other secondary and micro's are reduced in kind. What was low level content (fine usually at recommended doses) becomes too low sometimes...

Holy Moly W what are ya doing this year.:cool1: looks like you doing a football team of plants in your yard:rofl:

Aunt of Farooq's lol looks delish:pop: is that one in fabric pot and the other in growbag? the Cherry Bomb reminds me of xmas soon lol and what is this kinda white strings/tapes inner CrackLOg nodes, if it's a male you gonna save pollen?:shrug:

Me currently smoking Sugar Breath and the Breath touch is a very special one in it, sweet relaxing and after a while uplifting high:hookah: and also Lilly in the fam oh my :pass: and the good old OJ looks like in perfect health, top job man!:thumbsup: Your strain selection is spectacular like always and plants shine pure health and strength in the camera for uncle W !:pighug: that SS is showing extra long fingers, what a beauty.

Keep on that good growing, i am sure you will be very bright and satisfied soon.:kiss:

Thanks Waira, mate the soil should cover Mn hopefully it has some rock elements in it. Hecno, he may know of other Aussie brands, but Searles does have other elements . On the Searles micronutrients page i can see Manganese Sulphate

:smokeout: thanks mates,.... Stick can cook! :hump: All I had to do was grow it,... And with F1's like that, you can never be sure what will happen, there are %'s to figure, but even those are more nebulous to calculate that one may think!
could even be imposible to
~~~{{{ Week 9 Update }}}~~~
:gary: It's getting to be that time,...:hump: most all are now showing tell-tale signs of switching gears! As mentioned last time, some of these girls ended up shorter than expected; not too sure why, but for sure the last couple weeks I apparently did not feed quite enough, and the last 10 days or so has seen some early fade in fans.. That's on me, for underestimating their appetites :doh:...and they turned to the fans for extra...Seems to happen often right at transition!. All got heavier feeds this last week, and a couple loaded foliars with Transport included-- no f'ing around now! Another round of foliar Armory will have to be applied as well; this is the inoculant that has some anti-fungal activity to help fight mold...
Some more wedgies are needed open and space things up some, and some light defoliation is due soon too....
Big AoF male is now adopted by a genuine Sensei :thumbsup:,... meantime the other two still are being bitchy about sexing :wall:... not looking good though, according to his magic eye, likely gonna strike out totally on AoF :sad:....
Citrus Noir is now jarred- :thumbsup:... smoke is gob-smacking potent, very happy with her! Dry aroma so far is lemon-ish citrus/pine with a metallic sharp note to it, bit of sweet floral...:drool:... zippy trippy high!.
C99a setting bud now, she turned into a mini Christmas tree...
F1 fun auto/photo CrackLOG is fully in bloom now at about week 7 (no light dep'at all, fully Sun grown), still stretching the laterals some and height too,... Her stank is amazing as is, makes me wonder what the bud will be like! White Crack is known for some funky combos, Legend OG as well... This girl I'd like to see grown in big pots! She reacted poorly to the tight shoes early on, clearly resenting any such restrictions... She's in a 3gal now, and will stay barring real need... She's a "home" plant, but may end up at the site later to get better Sun hours...
That f'ing Night Queen is still around, relegated to full OD life though, and handling it well :shrug: :rofl: - damn contrary bitch!... Buds have filled in well actually, but the trichome issue remains; tint tiny heads, weak aroma... I'll ride her out just to see...
Meantime, the Dinafem Solo Cup Comp' auto Cookies is up and jiving! ...got her rigged to a hanging basket type deal... And because of the bad luck with AoF's, I'm starting Strawberry Nuggets and @Magic Witch Doctor to fill in for the heavy Indica needs- :cooldance: I wanted fast, fairly compact girls too; pots are about 2.5gal... I mixed soils this time, Empire builder and King's Mix, and no GBD/Mephisto amendment... something wonky with this batch, it's shown on every auto put into it....:shrug:
Man, I never thought about feeding photos in smallish pots:nono: Makes big pot autos seem easy. Build your soil, stand back, watch, and defoliate.
Ah, my Witch Doctor in the greenhouse is 60.5", untopped, 10 gallons of soil. Has some size in her, but smaller pot probably do ya.
More Amory, we're rooting for this stuff!
and hoping NQ comes thru
