Indoor root coming out heavily from the Airpot

so hello guys…

im using a 3 Gallon airpot for my grow and some important big roots are coming out from the bottom of the Airpot…
Should i just take them of or just place the pot a bit high of the ground and the root will just disappear

Unless you have moisture on the ground they will air prune (dry out)
