New Grower Rookie dinafem white widow+industrial cbds

I'm so sorry, that i'm a soil grower without coco experience and for two weeks old they seem to be a little bit slow in grow, but i woudn't worry about it, to me they look healthy and i guess they're digging downstairs the pot and will surprise you in week 4, maybe @2Stoned2Care or @stoney T as coco grower can give some advise?
passing:pass:

100% coco in 3 gallon smart pots, plants ~2 weeks old and healthy, temps and rh in good range.
Confusion- i have read so many coco posts on how to water/feed. Some say treat like soil and let 1st inch to get flaky. Some say dont and water everyday. Some say 10-20 % run off everytime.
Some say nutes every feed while others say feed one day nutes and only ph'd water the next.
Completely confused- the good the plants are green and healthy but may ne a little short.
After watering 2 days ago here is an example pic- would you water or would you wait ????? Looking back maybe i should have used some perlite?

i think there doing just fine i dont tend to water untill runoff untill i get into flower let the roots search out the pot a bit with some wet dry cycles like you would in soil . otherwise hang in there they look nice and healthy some plants just take there time shooting up :pass:

Update ~21 days. My belief I stunted growth in the first 2 weeks or more, but plants appeared happy and green. Tried changing variables(temps, rh, watering, etc.)
The last thing i changed was light height. Based on manufactures settings and 2 people using those leds suggested settings i was gradually lowering leds until i was at 24" from canopy. 2 days ago i said f*ck it and raised them to 36". The response showed better growth, however maybe its just their lifecycle. I will see.
Further, i believe that the 3 gallon pots were holding water to long and will be adding perlite for next bean.
Previosly i just showed pics of my cbd's - my personal medicine for my foot pain. I included below pics of a bag seed plant(photoperiod) that is 4 wks old and a Growers Choice Blueberry (auto)~21 days which is same age as Dinafem autos WW and Industrial. WW

yes, lowering was having opposite effect... I have the Meizhi and moving it to 36" is a great call... Let her stretch to light, you'll know if 36" is too much from inter-node spacing, but I think it will be fine there them lights are very powerful.

Looking GREAT Brother! She a little younger then ya thought also, so your right on target or even slightly ahead... My guess-mate is Day 15-17 at most... Which puts ya right on target or even slightly ahead, I believe you started day 1 from ground break instead of from 1st set, that throwing ya off by about 7-9days. Anyways, they really are looking very nice! Stay positive, your ahead , not behind.. And they look GREAT!:d5::pass::vibes::karmacloud::slap:
