You can check out ablaze which has a column kit for about 1k then just need a cheap vac chamber with a pid control heat pad 200$ the ablaze kit you can swap tubes from 45g all the way to 2lbs and they sell just tubes aswell so you can add a 45g tube to a 90g tube ect ect

BHO is pretty clean. But we fill the clean empty BHO column with Butane and recapture it in the recovery tank. This gets out 99% of any impurities in the butane. Then we run the butane through the material. The oven is under vacuum and after 2 days there is no butane left. It is pure shatter (wax). I am not versed in Co2. I capture 90% of the butane so I goes a long way. I hit the column with a shot of nitrogen which forces all of the butane out of the material. Unlike am alcohol wash which can be repeated on the same material this process gets nearly everything out 1st go. I've run material 2x and 1/2# of shake (good shake) gave me 24g of shatter. The 2nd run I barely got a gram. View attachment 1303481
