Well, I'm sure this may not be popular. Let's hear it from the fan bois.

I placed 2 orders with RBI and they went without a hitch. Then this AFN special release happened about 2 weeks ago. I went hard, 8 strains. EXCITED!!! ALL this waiting around paid off! My GF may be pissed I wasted our evening together... But I secured my prize. She gets it. While checking out, something happened and my CC was denied. The page didn't say anything and I thought I was good. RBI was cool and reached out about 45 min after I ordered. He let me know that it didn't go through and told me to try again. We discussed payment options and agreed we would try CC again, I'd use a different card even.

The problem is I could not try again. The items I had ordered were no longer listed on the site. But he told me he would hold them for me. Awesome. So I waited for him to generate an order for me so I could check out again.

24 h goes by and I don't hear any follow up on how to pay him. I email and I get a very short reply saying it still didn't go through. Well, no shit. Since 24h ago I have not done a thing. I literally cannot magically take admin of his page and create my order so that I can re pay. I wait and give him the benefit of the doubt. still nothing happens. I don't wanna miss out so I reach out again.

I email him again politely on the 23rd, asking if we can try to make payment again so that I can get my order. I was really hyped for all these autos, I had wasted 3.5h (as I'm sure you recall) of my evening F5'ing the page like a mofo. I never get a reply. 6 days go by, so I email him directly from a new message string on the 27th, no reply.

Then on the 29th, I figured I'd try one last time, messaging RBI directly on this forum, We have chatted on here befroe. Still, he ignores me. At this point I have got to say, I'm disappointed not trying to stir up shit. But I feel it's important to know the genetics may be great, but the customer service is not. Just reply and say sorry they are gone.

I'm not owed anything, but this is one customer LOST.


If you do try again, my advice is to download the cash app. Set it up. You do not need to transfer money into cash app to pay with it. You can just send money to Roc right from your bank account. This is much faster for checking out. So you can grab your gear and choose pay with Cash App.

Last drop I did that and checked out in seconds and then paid Roc 2 days later on Monday.

Also, I began shopping for autoflower seeds at the end of march. At that time Mephisto had everything in stock, roc bud had so many auto seeds just sitting in his store and Night owl had seeds available.
After the whole Covid thing around May every single autoseed breeder worth their weight has been sold out. You just cant find seeds.
So I wouldn't blame Roc for being sold out or whatnot, it seems to be industry wide and isn't going to be easier anytime soon.

If you want Rocs next drop I suggest following the CashApp advice.
 
I don't get these seed companies that put "seeds, genetics" anything to do with weed in your name and then wonder why you have issues with the banks. Call yourself Rock Hard Candies or sumpin. There are companies that specialize in weed transactions. I'm sure its more costly but if it makes your business run smoother, it might be worth it. Great customer service is a lot cheaper than advertising as word of mouth gets around

Rocbud lists his payment methods on his site. I've had 3 small orders from him the past few months using google pay but google doesn't "play" anymore. Cash App is simple and perfect for weed purchases. Still, not any hiccups on his end. Even small orders get good freebies. I'm impressed so far with his genetics and just snagged some purple scoops autos with the photo freebies...Been wanting to try some of his photos cause his autos are some fire.
 
When I said he has lost a customer. I was a little worked up and I may have been a little rash, my apologies. Needed to vent I guess. Waiting a week with no reply is too long to leave a customer hanging if you are running a business I think. This problem has been ongoing for 2 weeks now so i think it's surely a bust. I would just like to hear that from the man himself. It blows to just be ignored and makes you question supporting his business again. Know what I mean?

Just tell him what strains u want and have him generate a custom ticket for u!

I was really hoping to do this, as I had seen such things done on the forum here too. But he basically stopped replying to me about this order. It's been 2 weeks now. I tried to be patient, but how long must a person wait? If it's long gone, just tell me as such.

I bet it's because he has such a surge on CC payments being processed in blitzkrieg fashion right then and there... probably got him flagged. esp since there are others on here in the same situation as me (left in the dust and passed over) it seems.

I talk to him frequently bro so I sent him a dm on Instagram to jump in here and touch base with u! Sometimes since he’s such a small operation and runs his own social media pages he forgets! I myself have found myself blowing him up on multiple forums to get a quick response and still doesn’t always work!
