It was postponed and other rep told me not to put it out there he was a rep! Think once covid calms down it’ll be back on cuz he said the international shipping on the kits some places is as high as $500! Said someone wanted to order a 50l bale which is no weight at all and was $800 to ship the shit right now!
 
Well, I'm sure this may not be popular. Let's hear it from the fan bois.

I placed 2 orders with RBI and they went without a hitch. Then this AFN special release happened about 2 weeks ago. I went hard, 8 strains. EXCITED!!! ALL this waiting around paid off! My GF may be pissed I wasted our evening together... But I secured my prize. She gets it. While checking out, something happened and my CC was denied. The page didn't say anything and I thought I was good. RBI was cool and reached out about 45 min after I ordered. He let me know that it didn't go through and told me to try again. We discussed payment options and agreed we would try CC again, I'd use a different card even.

The problem is I could not try again. The items I had ordered were no longer listed on the site. But he told me he would hold them for me. Awesome. So I waited for him to generate an order for me so I could check out again.

24 h goes by and I don't hear any follow up on how to pay him. I email and I get a very short reply saying it still didn't go through. Well, no shit. Since 24h ago I have not done a thing. I literally cannot magically take admin of his page and create my order so that I can re pay. I wait and give him the benefit of the doubt. still nothing happens. I don't wanna miss out so I reach out again.

I email him again politely on the 23rd, asking if we can try to make payment again so that I can get my order. I was really hyped for all these autos, I had wasted 3.5h (as I'm sure you recall) of my evening F5'ing the page like a mofo. I never get a reply. 6 days go by, so I email him directly from a new message string on the 27th, no reply.

Then on the 29th, I figured I'd try one last time, messaging RBI directly on this forum, We have chatted on here befroe. Still, he ignores me. At this point I have got to say, I'm disappointed not trying to stir up shit. But I feel it's important to know the genetics may be great, but the customer service is not. Just reply and say sorry they are gone.

I'm not owed anything, but this is one customer LOST.
 
Same EXACT thing happened to me, but with two orders on the last drop. Cc looked okay but denied later. Roc messaged, orders on hold, new order never generated. While I'm bummed, I get it. Pretty sure it's a one man operation up there right now. Knowing there's a new drop soon makes it less of a bummer. Breeders have such a hard time getting cc processing at all, shouldn't be a surprise the payment system isn't great. I appreciate that Roc responded at all, let alone by both email and on here as well. Having not ran RocBud gear yet, I also get that your bummed out. The new crosses look amazing. Overall, I'm the one who messed up my CC info. Ready to make sure my next order is perfect. Being in such a hurry to get an order in before out of stock is the worst

Hard to hit like on this post but it is well written and sounds like the facts. It is a one man show with help from his wife I believe. Truly sucks. Personally I had an issue with my order being delivered and he addressed and remedied it after just a day or so of back and fourth. I have to believe there is an explanation (hard to think of what that explanation could be). Hopefully he and his family are ok. I am pretty confident he will ultimately take care of it; though, you stated you were quit of him. Truly a shame. Good luck to you.

Ya he’s a good dude! Just tell him what strains u want and have him generate a custom ticket for u! My last 2 orders were done that way! Had nothing to so with credit card not working I was just too slow and had sold out! It may not be immediate for him to hit u back but he will! May need to send a few emails CUZ YES IS A ONE MAN SHOW! He gets some help from his wife and was supposed to get 1 employee back to help sometime soon but this isn’t his only job! He’s a volunteer firefighter too so at times life steps in but he’ll do u right for sure!

I’d go with either purple roc berry or either of the scoops (frozen scoops or purple scoops)! Smelling danktastical so far and sure ain’t seen no complaints on them yet! Purple scoops is supposed to be mad potent too! :thumbsup:
