So I emsiled Tad from Kis and kindly told him that my order has still not shipped. He responded promptly via email, and called me on my cell once he looked into the issue. He admitted that something happened to the label and it was a mistake. I didnt ask for anything, yet he issued a refund before calling me and upgraded my shipping. He was super nice and said he was sorry for the mistake.
I will say that this Pandemic has taught me some valuable lessons. Pre-Pandemic slowandeasy would have started a bunch of my new seeds before I even ordered my supplies assuming they would arrive quickly. I would have been very pissed off if this happened a few months ago. I didnt get mad, I sent a nice email and expalained my situation vs coming off all pissed like I def would have before! I have learned that it is not worth starting seeds until I get my supplies in hand, and I am very happy that I stuck to my new rule a week ago and held off. Sure it sucks to be a week behind what I "wanted". But sometimes we dont get what we want, and thats life. It feels good to get back to the older way of life actually. We need to all practice patience moving forward in life...its way better than being high strung and pissed off about things not moving as fast as we expect them to.
