I have been turning my lights down every day for a minimum of 2 hours and It seems to be working great the ladies are stretching far more than they were doing when I was actually turning the lights off for 4 hours. The Iced Gushers is the only one not reaching for the stars but she is probably too far into flower.

Things I have learned lately.
QB96's run at high power definitely keep the plants from stretching. Since lowering the lights the plants have started to stretch a decent amount. I think from now on I am only going to run them at no higher than 70w per light in veg.
I am really liking how my plants are starting to look. I was always so jealous seeing how everyone gets these tall plants but mine always stayed short and compact. The only one not stretching that much is the Iced Gushers, She is too far along in flower.

I will take some pictures tonight.

Both my purple iced gushers didn’t get tall. Didn’t stay too short either but probably shortest strain from roc I’ve grown. I have like three packs of iced gushers from different drops plus the new pack where he tried to isolate the ice ice pheno. Purple pheno is terpy

I believe I commented a very long time ago about turining your lights down, because they are very powerful. Glad to see u making some adjustments. If you see pale growth or stress, turn the power down and/or raise them. Those lights are stronger than we think, I have a pair myself. Peace, slow
