the price of lights, that is what got me at first for a really powerful led 1200 bucks I as like no way

Not even half that will get you all the cob lights you need, even less if you're a diyer.

Thats around the number i got mine for. What lights did you buy? I got myself some Sanlights and will may soon get some of the new GN Telos type 2.

I like the idea of cobs, very bright light and I will do that eventually I read up and seen videos on how to build my own cob lights

oooohhhh......I hate to say it...but that will be a stretch with that light, I think. You'll have to give up on the outer edges and focus your plants in the middle. Not trying to burst your bubble....just trying to give you a heads up...
