It may not be long till I'm pacing around staring at my mailbox, and waiting for the glorious mail lady full of presents.


If I get this job, I'm building a light. I may know by Monday. I have recently gained access to some CNC and 3d printing tools. That sounds handy.

I thought about building my own LED light at first but I decided against it for now

Thats around the number i got mine for. What lights did you buy? I got myself some Sanlights and will may soon get some of the new GN Telos type 2.

I have 4 lights, and all together I think they ran $400 to 450. two Mars 300 (150+watt), one Viparspectra 450 (200 watt) and a 200 watt HPS/MH. I only used the HPS for a month though. For that money I could have built a nice COB. But it will be good to have all the backup, and supplementary light. I only bought one of them myself I get some good hand me downs.

I wish I had known about cobs when I bought my light.....I'll be switching soon, I think.
