sm-90 will still help protect, if given through roots as well as foliar it will help protect it and make it stronger. but using with neem also should help greatly i would think.

I picked a stone dragon leaf and it has like extremely small little white kinda yellow specks that are running on the leaf i took off... What could it be and how do i kill it .,
