Is the black spot the bug or where the bug sucked on the leaf?

They leave little white spots where they been chewing? Like they sucked all the chlorophyll outta that one spot??

The black speck , it does not move I thought maybe like the white things running around on the plants laid eggs that were black . but i don't know i just want em off the plants

If it ain't too sunny out.. mix up a little dish soap and water in a spray bottle and spray them off
