I'm pissed, don't buy this junk. Their warranty and customer service absolutely suck. It does not keep my coffee hot anymore and they told me to oder a new one and read the product usage guidelines to avoid this in the future. I guess I'm getting a yeti now.
Are they suggesting you are using a cup wrong? You should explain to them that you are well versed in the usage of all cups, glasses, mugs, steins, chalices, goblets, and vessels.
That was kind of my thought...I'd be curious to know which section(s) of the guidelines they imagine you failed to follow that adversely affected the insulating capabilities of the thing.
