I use 1/2 tsp per gallon of soil in my mix, have not tried as a foliar or soil drench yet. Good source of magnesium and sulfur Some organic growers use it as part of a regular feeding regimen.

my wife doses her sourdough starter with coffee, she says it stimulates the micro organisms
