New Grower REDO - IN AT THE DEEP END !! - DWC/LED/Remo Nutrients: Fruit Punch Auto/Cheese Auto

Day 21 Update.

Rez has been changed - same nutrients as previous change.

All 3 of the girls have now been topped.
None showed any signs of it slowing them down, so that is a big :yay:

The Cheese is still significantly larger than the 2 Fruit Punch and is currently going through a LOT of leaf-tucking.
The Punches are both praying very nicely to the lights.

DETAILS:

pH: 6.1
ppm: 578 (also includes the 188 ppm from the tap water)
Temp: 28C
Water Temp: 22.3C
RH: 45%

NUTRIENTS:

Magnifical: 1ml per litre
Micro: 1ml per litre
Grow: 1ml per litre
Velokelp: 1.5ml per litre
Nature's Candy: 1.5ml per litre

Some Root Porn:

Ignore the discolouration. It is not root rot. It is a combination of colour from the nutrient line AND residue off the clay pebbles (even though they were (I thought) thoroughly washed before potting.

The 2 Fruit Punch are WELL behind the Cheese as far as Root growth goes.
Hopefully though, they are just slow starters :vibe:

They are looking SO HAPPY and HEALTHY. Great start .

PS I was a bit concerned about the brownie roots, yes I was.

To be perfectly honest, I am a touch worried that the 2 Fruit Punches may have been stunted.
I have been looking over other grows (on other sites) of this same strain, and all were significantly larger than mine at the 21 day stage - although that may simply be a slower start from mine due to DWC and taking their time to get their roots spread into the water.
I have set up an extra air pump/stone for the 2 fruit punch now to see if I can nudge them in the right direction

One of the things we all must remember is not to compare our grows with the best growers. We all start at our own starting line. Compare your grows, not someones else here at AFN.

You may have or may not have stunted her. Stunted ladies are better some say here. It will be ok.

I get what you are saying, and I TRY not to compare grows.
I was just having a l;ook around as my 2 Fruit Punch are both significantly smaller than the Cheese, so I was trying to see whether it was a genetics or a grower issue ;)

DAY 24 UPDATE

No pics for todays update :(
I did some LST and minor defoliation on the Cheese. :naughtystep:
The 2 Fruit Punch also got some minor defoliation, but no LST (yet)

pH: 6.3
ppm: 595
Temp:26.5C
RH: 40%
Water temp: 22.4C

Both pH and ppm both increased SLIGHTLY over the last 3 days.
I have added some pH'ed plain water to compensate.
That seems to be rather good news as far as the nutrient levels - the plants appear to have almost the correct levels for their ages (the variation isn't toooooo much) - still going to be keeping a very close eye on this :doc3:.

The ladies are also getting Velokelp as a Foliar spray 3-5 times per day at 0.75 ml/litre and seem to be loving it.

DAY 25 UPDATE

pH: 6.3
ppm: 546
Temp; 25.5 C
RH: 42%
Water Temp: 21.4C

Silly me forgot to measure the ppm after adding some plain pH'ed water yesterday, so I need to treat the 546ppm as day 0 in order to monitor any changes.
pH is remaining consistent, and the water level is dropping - all good in that department.

The Cheese has received some additional LST and a LOT of defoliation (Not too long now before the SCROG goes up). :naughtystep:
Fruit Punch [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG] has been defoliated and is now being LST'd :naughtystep:

Fruit Punch [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] is the smallest by a considerable distance now. I just defoliated it to enable some better light access and have done some minor LST to help its structure.

PICS to follow

Fruit Punch [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG].
This girl is still really small.
She has some minor LST, but I will be taking that off tomorrow and just let her do her thing.
She is still getting deformed leaves, and not showing much signs of growth at all.
I have NO idea what she is doing - she even had a fan leaf that was totally upside-down...
She may be smoking herself already

Fruit Punch [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG]
This one is coming along VERY nicely.
It was initially the smaller of the Fruit Punch, but is now almost twice the size of the first one.

Temps/Humidity

The meter on the left measures the tent temperature AND the Reservoir water temperature - tent on top, water on bottom.
