YO GRO-BRO'S & @FastBuds!!!

please pardon me for being a lil' late all — i had some insanity at work collide with some really heavy shit in my life. been barely keepin' above water, but i did manage to get my seeds in the ground a couple weeks ago and have remembered to grab pics every few times i feed. anyway, gonna do a couple catch-up posts over the next few days, and should be right back up to speed by the weekend. and don't worry ya'll — not much keeps red danson down for long.

WEEK ONE

seeds went into a very mind cloning solution for about 24 hours, until they just started to crack. they were then planted directly into a rapid rooter, which was soaked in said mild cloning solution, then planted into the dirt. i've found the rapid rooter or similar product is pretty helpful keeping the moisture level right while the seedling is rooting, and helps good initial root development. also, this allows me to dust the soaked rapid rooter in mycorrhizal inoculants in a similar fashion to dusting the roots of a clone. i also mix the same mycorrhizal inoculants [i use mycofusion green 150]. each seed went into a different sized geopot. in the 5 gallon we have "alpha", in the 3 gallon we have "beta" and in the 1 gallon baby pot we have "¢ent". this was, a] for my own personal edification and b] i figured this would be useful date for fastbuds to have for their customers as well. i'm hoping i can see some sort of direct correlation between yield and pot size — we'll see.

alpha and beta broke soil November 24, and ¢ent came one day later on the 25th. here they are on day three, all looking healthy and happy.

here is the whole tent. in the back left corner is a HSO blue dream auto thats about to finish up, and the back middle and right are DHAZE99 testers. the other autos in the tent will kinda swap in and out over a couple weeks. its gonna get to be a crowded house for a little bit here, but timing is lining up just about perfect so that the three in back will be gone just about the time i'm gonna need more room.

I'm so excited to see this strain grow. What size tent and lights u got there my friend. In about to stick a Mars II 1200 in a 4x4 tomorrow. Debating on adding small amount of help for flowering stage but so far it's working great in my 2x4 tent. Only had it a week so far lol

RED DANSON METHOD PT.1
how i do

SOIL
i roll organic, working towards no-till. the bottom 1/3–1/2 of my pots get filled with supersoil, which is a slightly modified version of subcools recipe. cut the rock phosphorus and powdered humic, and added kelp, leonardite & greensand. i end up "watering it down" with my base soil [Nectar4] a little bit so its not quite so strong. i use the full mycofusion line of mycorrhizal products [green 150, rhizo-charge, and bio-jolt] in the soil when i'm planting — dust the plugs with the green 150, dust the hole with the rhizo-charge & water/ignite with the bio-jolt [i wait till week 2-3 to start that part].

NUTES
i water with just water with aloe and coconut for week 1, add in ACT [castings, compost, bokashi, molasses ] mid week 2, and then start to add dragonfly earth medicine [DEM] radiant green after the first ACT feeding or two. i work up the DEM rad. green toward full strength till i see buds actually start to set, then start to ease out on the green and work in fat flower by DEM into my brews bit by bit till we're at full strength or even pushing it a little bit by mid/end flowering stage. i alternate feeding the ACT/DEM brew, and a mix of coconut water, aloe, fulvic & nectar for the gods cal. every 4-6 waterings i do just plain water. i also add slf-100 enzyme into all the water that goes into the plant, even the plain/flushing water. during flower i add in a product called "terpinator", and during flush a product called "winterizer" — they're both organic products that basically just consist of terpines from other organic sources, separated with a high-powered centrifuge. can help the plant boost terp/trich production a little bit — still doing some testing with both products, but so far pretty happy with results.

FOLIAR
foliar feed with DEM natural mystic 5-7 times a week right at lights out, through budset. cut by week 6 or 7ish.

week two update coming later tonight!

thanks man!!! running a 3' x 3' tent ATM, with a mars 192 x 5 reflector, and 2x 150w equivalent CFL's as a added bonus for big girls — right now just on the blue dream thats dominating my tent ATM [check my insta for pic of that]. loving my reflector, been running her since september, so far lots of success. planning on adding in 2x 18" UV t5's on the sides before these gals get too far into flower, have seen a lot of good success with that, and it one thing i miss from the spectrum.

about time Red ;) glad to see some one else doing a test on these Fastbuds

ha, thanks man. hell yeah, gotta do a little testin, thats what this shit's all about, IMO. your girls are looking great btw!!!

WEEK 3
Running a little low on images this specific week, however whats cool in the image of all three is that you can really see the diff in size you get between the 1 gallon, 3 gallon and 5 gallon pots.

WEEk 3.5/4

Everybody still healthy. At this point, we've worked up to full strength compost tea, with about 50%-75% strength dragonfly earth medicine radiant green. Cover crop is microgreens. This about the max its going to get before i start to squash it down, and then eventually tear it up and use it as a top layer of compost.

you can see the frosty-ass blue dream auto in the back. I gave a go at not training height on this gal and letting her do the clackamas coot style peak health thing....didn't pan great with the auto in a moderately small tent scenario — way too tall, way too fast. Will be watching the snows to make sure same thing doesn't happen. [going to leave the coot thing to my photo-tent]
