Recipe for Root Rub

Mustard saved our roots, gonna give it a go on my next day off!

Woooohoooooo, Welcome to the Root wagon!

You will be amazed at the healing properties of the roots. Also, I know a person in another place who has bad pain from a debilitating ailment who says he couldn't get by without it. Though I don't use for pain, just for a skin treatment. We have something a little stronger when I go to kill bad pain. he he he.

Let us know how things come out please?

Hey nice recipe I will try this..is it possible to use some old roots? Any time limit on how old they can be? I usually keep my roots n stock after choppin for some reason.
Palm oil is nice I use to use it soaps that I make but stopped because of the negative environmental problems it causes..being the deforestation that happens to grow it while eradicating the living quarters for orangutans making their endangerment worse plus a couple others. I could use a sustainable source but decided to omit it all together as it still raises the demand for it..but past that other posts here have stated the goods of the oil..nice on skin and hair..if you do have some and go swimming put some in your hair before to keep your hair from getting damaged from sun n salt etc...+ r on that

IOU on the rep I can't give it for sum reason....

I have used roots from fresh to 2+ yrs old with no difference in the beneficial effects.

I prefer coconut oil as a base....it is full of short and medium chain triglycerides and absorbs fast and easily into the skin...some other additives I have put in include emu oil....again, full of short and medium chain triglycerides, teatree oil, pure vitamin E oil, apricot kernel oil, jojoba oil and avocado oil....all compliment it well, but roots and coconut oil as a simple base works a treat.
One can add bee's wax to thicken it some so it will remain solid over 21*C, but generally it is not needed....I have used old dried roots and found they are as effective as fresh roots...also, I have used a balm/rub that was kept stored in the fridge over 12 months after making it and it is still good.
not only this, but a root infused rub works VERY WELL at stopping weeping wounds, be they gravel rash, surgical sutures or even on infected tattoo's...insect bites that give a swelling and rash like appearance seem to benefit from cannabis roots also...
Muscle cramps and diabetic shakes are helped ....diaper, heat and sweat rashes...and the rootpulp can be used in a poultice with great effect.

Can find wax! I'm not sure what kind I'm looking for. Beauty supply was no help gnc gave me a wink but no wax. I'm on my way to a craft store. Where should I be going?

Is candle wax ok? That sounds wrong. Hmmm.

IMO candle wax is not really that good to include....one wants bees wax....it can be got at craft stores....also can be found in pure beeswax candles, but not general use candles...but it not really needed if the coconut oil is kept at 21*C or below....and even if it is kept warmer, it still rubs in and absorbs just as well when liquid or solid.
