Would be cool to include Remo in my test setups.
Checked prices. I have to import from the UK.
Too expensive until I get a job.

But....If @RemoNutrients want graphs like this....

...you are welcome to donate a batch! Hahaha...

Hello [HASHTAG]#autoflower[/HASHTAG].net!! And all you [HASHTAG]#CannaZone[/HASHTAG] watchers! Once again, I am humbled and honored to be running a perpetual test grow for [HASHTAG]#CannaZone[/HASHTAG] & [HASHTAG]#RemoNutrients[/HASHTAG] @RemoNutrients! They have been so gracious as to send me 9 x 1 liter bottles of their entire line!

1 x Grow
1 x Bloom
1 x MagNifiCal
1 x AstroFlower
1 x Nature's Candy
2 x Micro
2 x VeloKelp

They threw in a T shirt, 3 x Stickers (I put one of each on my 2 tents lol) a fancy lighter holder and a pamphlet with their schedule on back. Which is exactly what I'm following!

I am a few weeks out from starting a new crop from start with Remo Nutes BUT I have transitioning all my plants from GH Maxi line to all Remo! And they LOVE it so far!! 3 weeks to 7.5 weeks and in between and i can already tell the difference! The Remo has made them thrive! The Npk numbers and formulas I can tell are dialed in superbly! No tip burn... No leaf curl... The micro in with the base i believe will handle the infamous spotting with leds... And so far has! I will get better pics soon. I have 3 different leds between 2 tents but these are my 3 x Sister Discipline and 1 x Critical + under my Roleadro 600W 5W at 3-4 weeks old...

After many yrs of running Advanced Nutrients I can already tell these nutes are not only comparable but will out perform them. I can't wait to show the proof! Thanks again for the privilege!!
Do you make any objective measurements?
As you know, I am studying Advanced, coz I don't like their marketing.
The problem I experience is high phenotypical variation, making comparison difficult. We will see when I've calculated the stats on this grow, ending late December.

Sorry Doc.. Can you explain what you mean by objective measurements?

Like another plant with similar pheno fed another brand of nutes. Then look at differnces in growth pattern, node spacing, weight of harvest, etc.

You know how I am, measuring things....

Oh I see! Sorry I'm slow... Lol well no I haven't actually... Sorry...

@RemoNutrients How did you conclude optimal ph for soil, soilless and coco is 6.3? And what are bennies?

@Rebel About hours and stretch I can't get repeatable results 24/ 20/4 cooler temps at lights out, etc I have been playing with the dimmer on my tasty but no real evidence of variation over the plants under another light.... My tap water 7.2ph in soilless develops def. My Caught rainwater does not, rain water here is @ ph of 5.7 it grows everything well in soil, soilless, coco perlite go figure. Are you running myco madness do you add it at the beginning? is that the Bennies?

Are these sold in canada remo.

Hab.

To answer your questions:

How did you come up with optimal pH?

Honestly, Remo has 28 years of growing experience and you can only imagine how many cycles he's done in his lifetime. As in statistics, the larger the sample pool, the more accurate the results. He's just done it for so long, this is what he's found.

What are the Bennies?

100% honest, I don't know off the top of my head. I tried searching for the msds sheets and couldn't find them online. You would likely need to contact Green Planet for more information.

Why I was under impression that plants actually can use some forms of carbohydrates themselfs through the root uptake? If not, there is atleast the added benefit of amino acids. I love this stuff man, I really do. Kelp, carbs and amino acids in the mix you cannot go wrong. :cool1:

@RemoNutrients anytime you guys are going to make a new product aimed for, say recovering a schocked plant, you should name it RemoTherapy. :haha:

VeloKelp is our shock reducer. B-Vitamins help with reducing shock and VeloKelp contains these. We can't claim them on the bottle because the majority of regulatory bodies have minimum required amounts in order to claim them. That being said, they're in there ;)

@RemoNutrients can you explain to me the reason for feed, feed, water? As opposed to feeding every time (as I do in soil less)... What brought you to the conclusion this is best? Thanks in advance!

You want to do a feed, feed, water because it keeps you PPM's stable throughout the week, and then by watering at the end, it's almost like you're cleansing the pallet for the next feed. If you alternate with a feed, water, feed, water, you're raising the PPM with every feed, and then crashing the PPM with every water so your weekly PPMs wouldn't be consistent at any point in the week. You want to have consistent feed schedules rather than a spike, crash, spike, crash.

As mentioned before, the water at the end serves to give your plants a little break from being pushed into enhanced growth, reduces salt buildup, and saves you a little cash on nutrients :)

Hope that helps,

Joel
