Super nice grow. If mould becomes more of an issue have a look at something like this :

You can get it much cheaper elsewhere but that had a decent product pic. It's not a chemical fungicide as such - more a bacterial control. It is however better applied early when you first see signs - I'd still remove infected buds and then treat with this to try and stop spread if humidity remains high. Opening things up and getting air in is obviously crucial but there's not been much in the way of wind here anyways at the moment.
Good luck with the Landlord and I do hope he's one like me ... er you might want to hide those M8 I don't want to be charged for knowingly allowing my premises to be... blah blah... I seem to remember my mum saying summit similar about plants on the windowsill which were perhaps a tad obvious when I was a teen - I'm now over 50 and still growing... survived many landlords/ladies/neighbours n gardens before affording the luxury of knocking holes in my own property.
