Indoor Quantum Boards and Lowryders [emoji23]

So I started my grow off in stealth mode.. so I chose Lowryder [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG] for my genetics. Now my situation has changed and I have freedom to grow!

Soooo I got some QB96 Elite V2’s and got rid of my other 600/300W LED and 150W HPS that I was using before the driver for my 96’s got here. Thinking of laying my 600W (245W from wall) on its side as some side lighting possibly.

Plants are approximately 40 days old... I feel like their gunna be done in like 3 weeks maybe, at least the 2 bigger ones might be

What do you guys think?

Lights: 2x QB96 Elite V2’s
Tent: 32x32x63 until 4x4 gets here
Soil: ffof/hf/perlite/worm castings/mycoryzea
Ratio: 30:30:30:8:2 (%)
Nutes: earth juice Grow Big & Tiger Bloom

Those lights are the shit & you won’t need more in that tent , what driver did you get &
How hard are you running them ? 4 of those will do a 4x4 @ $100 a piece with the heat sink included is an awesome price. Then get a driver , wire it & frame it for a little over $500 . I really like the 16 far red &16 deep red diodes added & you can run them at 200w a piece w/o fans . As you Can tell , I like these lights! Just 3 months ago a got the qb 320 xl with the 324 boards or I’d be buying some of these. I added deep red & royal blue Solstrips to the light , so not sure I’ll get them now . Maybe I’ll wait a year or two to see what else comes out ? If I can hold off lol! Those plants look to longer then 3 weeks , maybe 5 weeks? I’ll be watching tho ! Grass city ( I think that’s the name?) has an awesome thread about These lights with par maps for up to 8 lights. The sweet spot for light spread/overlap was 18 inches on center I believe? RIU has a thread to by the same guy , very informative, dude did a lot of work testing them & writing it up! Just got to surf through the dumb shit , not so much on GC tho , they are more civil lol! Anyway good luck & have fun !

GC is where I mainly dwell I’m ClydeWalters over there too, and your talking about Or_Gro who posted those maps. 815 par MINIMUM with my setup, but I have a hotspot in the middle over 1000 par due to heavy overlapping due to my small tent. But my plants are LOVING them!!

Yea the guys on GC such as or_gro and Soil2Coco and Hunter all helped me get to where I’m at, amazing helpful guys

I plan on putting 2 more of these for a total of 4 in a 4x4. Cant wait!

My LRs are gunna be SO much frostier than they already are!

Also each QB96 is running at 161Watts each with passive cooling (adding fans soon and an HLG-480 driver) gunna run at 230 Watts each actively cooled

nice! Yep , or- gro did a lot of work ! Those other sites have way more information on lights that are not cob based , so I go there for that . What temps are you in that set up? Also is that a humidifier I see? If so how do you like & what brand? I like the big fan , does it mist or evaporate? I need a get an evaporator because my mister leaves white powder do to my water . I already buy spring water for my plants & don’t want to have to buy more lol!

Radiant temps at canopy level are 80-81F

Also it’s a SunBeam evaporator, it keeps me at 60RH with my exhaust O.. and 37-45RH when my carbon exhaust is running... which during flower it always is!
I like it, best $10 I spent on them yet!

Nah I found it on LetGo now that I think about it... I’m sure there’s much better ones out there, if ur tent is bigger than 2.5x2.5 you’ll need a better one for sure. And if ur exhaust is over 200cfm it will just suck it all out :/

Thanks man , I’ll have to do some research & get a bigger one . You are the only person on here using these lights, so I hope you don’t mind a ? Here & there . I’m not a member of those other sites I just read them . Hope you do a thread when you expand to a 4x4 !

Really? I’m the ONLY one on AFN using the best flowering lights in the world??!! No way... their BEYOND amazing lights!
My nugs re-frosted over HARD when I added these lights!

Hope everyone’s 2019 is as beautiful as this Lowryder!
