New Grower Purple kush auto

Righto so I'm at about 9 days and am about as big as I was at 17 days before. Ph water aswell as 222 ppm. With some professors nutriants go green. Still using the geo pot and cyco coco lite. Hopefully will have better luck. The leaves are facing upwards aswell

Coco definitely takes some time and knowledge to master, but once you do, the results speak for themselves!

Few tips for ya:
- Make sure your coco is rinsed and buffered before you plant in it!
- Keep the coco moist! Don’t let it dry out!
- Keep your ph between 5.7-.6.1 (5.8 being the sweet spot )
-Make sure to start watering until runoff no later than week 2-3
- Try moving your light up to 20-24” to start out at.

Here’s my week 1 method:
- Precharge coco with mild nutes + calmag 2 days before dropping seeds. (Soak the pot and then stick it in your tent to let it dry out abit and get up to temperature.)
- Drop seed into coco 1/4”-1/2” down and lightly cover with coco.
- Put a humidity dome over seed, and mist coco once a day.
- Keep your temps above 80°f and humidity around 60-65%
- 48hrs after seed drop you will have a seedling. (Some may take longer, but not usually.)
- Remove humidity dome to let it breathe.
- I only use RO water with 150ppm of cal mag for the first 5-7 days or so. Usually day 2-3, and 5-6 I give them abit (depends on your pot size). Don’t soak your pots for the first few days, just water a little in a circle around the plant, to let it get it’s roots under her first.
-Day 7-8 I start fertigating with nutes everyday
- I make sure to start getting 15-20% runoff by week 2-3.

Excellent advice, particularly about germination temperature. Make sure your pot is sorted to between 80 and 85F before planting a seed in it. As @Garage_Grower suggests, assume that this will take a couple days in the tent while it is kept up to temperature. IMHO cold temps are the most common reason for germination difficulty, at least if genetics and seed freshness are not the problem. This can be a particular challenge when germinating in the final pot because getting and keeping the tent consistently up to temp can be more difficult than doing the same in a smaller space. Anyway, consider the temperature advice non-negotiable and you should be good with germination.

Good luck with your grow, and don't hesitate to ask for advice. :goodluck: :pighug:

Is this hight still applicable for 300w led

Yeah for the 300w vipar. The manual suggests 20”-34” for veg, and 16”-20” for flower. I would start my seedlings at around 24”-30” depending if they’re stretching or not. Then around 20”-24” for veg, and 16”-20” for flower.

I've lifted the light to 24" removed the humidity dome. Hopefully it starts to take off soon
