In your guy's opinions whats the best pro-mix version to use? thanks in advance

Depends on your light source. BX holds a bit more moisture and is good for MH and HPS lights that generate a lot of heat. HP for CFLs, T5s and LEDs.

I use BX because that is what's available to me locally. But I use cfl/T5s so I just add more plain perlite to mine and it works fine. Around 20% more.
