I have this 7 week old cheese auto that I gave a feeding to that was low pH like 5.2 maybe.. In trying to figure out what went wrong I think my pH meter is screwy and even my base water is low. now i cant tell because i cant even re-calibrate it. She is very bright green. She has been bright green since week 3 but it was just newer leaves so I thought it might be the strain. But in week 5 I gave her the very low pH water from a compost tea with too much fungal not enough bacteria because the air pump stopped working at some point during the evening. The pics are a week later and shows her starting to recover.

AFN link
temp - 72F-83F
RH: 45%-60%
Medium: DIY Soil 45/45/10 compost/coir/vermiculite
Light: Marsydro TS1000 (150W)

So aside from fixing my water pH Is there anything else I can do to speed her recovery?
The purple streaks seem like it could be sulfur what do you think?

Purple stems are normal in some strains and will not hurt the plant. You should start feeding bloom nutes along with cal/mag at this point and make sure your ph is correct.
